Holy Ghost Ministries and SALT Bible College is situated in a residential area of Ropar 45 kms from Chandigarh on 6 acres of land. It has a developed gated compound with trees, plants and many fine buildings. The campus is known as Salt Centre.

Holy Ghost Ministries was established in 1984 as a project of India Inland Mission. It originally began as a four month Institute dedicated to train men and women in evangelism and church planting in North India.
